Returns
Due to the nature of fragrance products, we only accept returns under the following circumstances:
The product was received damaged.
The incorrect product was delivered.
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Return requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If your refund is approved:
The refund will be processed through your original payment method.
Please allow 7–14 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:
Opened or used perfume products.
Products not in their original condition or packaging.
Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or customer negligence.
Products returned without prior approval.
